The Ministry of Railways has urged Eid-ul-Azha returnees to wear masks while traveling, as Covid-19 cases begin to rise again in the country. In a press release issued today, the ministry highlighted the Health Ministry`s recent advisory recommending the use of masks in crowded areas and urging elderly and sick individuals to avoid such places. The statement emphasized the importance of following health guidelines, particularly during the busy post-Eid travel period. This comes after the health authorities reported the country’s first Covid-related death in months on Thursday, along with an upward trend in infection rates, prompting renewed concerns over public safety.
